Masters of Harmony to Appear at University of Redlands

For over 25 years, the Calimesa Seventh Day Adventist Church has sponsored the Calimesa Community Concert Series, a series that brings outstanding entertainment to the residents of the Yucaipa Valley and Inland Empire. Early in its distinguished history, concert series leaders invited the Masters of Harmony to perform. Audience reaction to that first appearance was so wildly enthusiastic that concert planners brought the Masters back two years later — and they have been bringing them back regularly ever since. When the Masters appear at the University of Redlands on March 3, 2012, it will be their eleventh appearance on that illustrious series.

Over the years, Calimesa audiences have regularly experienced world-class, high-energy, emotionally stirring, perfectly balanced and four-part, a cappella harmony as only the Masters, now eight-time International Chorus Champions, can perform it. Broadway show-style choreographed moves add visual appeal to the music and the combination produces standing ovations at every Masters of Harmony concert.

We invite you to share this experience with us as the concert series moves from the Mesa Grande Academy Auditorium in Calimesa to a new permanent home in the beautiful ambiance of the University of Redlands Memorial Chapel. Be prepared to clap, cheer, say “Wow!” and be thoroughly entertained from the opening chords to the lingering echoes of the last notes.
