It will feature the five-time International Chorus Champion Masters of Harmony plus the highly-entertaining Far Western District quartet Metropolis. Typically a show like this will cost $20-30 per ticket, so the FREE admission is an incredible deal.

The big news is that a Holiday Chorus of barbershoppers throughout Southern California and their male guests will be on the show too! This will be a great opportunity to bring a friend for a thrilling short-term experience in barbershop, in addition to hearing the “best of the best” perform. Just think of the incredible sound of hundreds of men singing wonderful holiday songs. Whether you join the chorus or the audience, your spirits will be buoyed and you’ll be ready for the holidays.
Chapters participating in the Holiday Chorus will be asked to learn four songs and be available for an all-hands practice the day of the event. The show will be held at the Los Angeles Shrine Auditorium. Recently renovated with state-of-the-art sound and lighting, a new stage, and 6,300 plush seats, the Shrine, because of its size, is still the preferred venue for Hollywood’s most important awards shows. Parking has been greatly expanded too.

Getting there: The Shrine Auditorium is located about five miles south of downtown Los Angeles, on Jefferson Blvd. at Royal St., across the street from the USC campus, and not far from Exposition Park. Take the Harbor (110) Freeway to the Exposition Blvd. exit. Turn west on Exposition one block to Figueroa St., then turn right (north) on Figueroa and go one long block to Jefferson Blvd. Turn left (west) on Jefferson, and the Shrine will be on your right (north) side. You can’t miss it!
