The Christmas season officially begins on the first Saturday of December in the City of Santa Fe Springs. As is customary, the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting plays a big part of the celebration that draws hundreds of residents to the Town Center Plaza for Holiday entertainment, food, refreshments, and a special visit from Santa Claus. The festivities begin at 4 p.m.
The Annual Tree Lighting ceremony will take place at 6 p.m. sharp followed by the Masters of Harmony who will present a 40-minute show to round out the program. Admission is free.
