Masters of Harmony present "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year"

For many years, the Masters of Harmony Christmas shows have started the holiday season with rave review performances. This year’s show promises to top them all because it features not just one, but two of the most highly acclaimed men’s choruses in the world!

Headlining the two Thanksgiving weekend performances on the California State University-Long Beach campus, November 28, 2009, will be the internationally renowned Masters of Harmony, winners of seven consecutive international chorus championships. The chorus is considered a musical trendsetter by many in the Barbershop Harmony Society. The featured guest performers are the young men of The Westminster Chorus, winners of the international chorus championship in 2007. This summer, The Westminster Chorus traveled to an international choral competition in Wales where it dazzled over 50,000 attendees and the judging panels to win the prestigious “Choir of the World” Pavarotti trophy.

This unique combination of choral talent is one you will not want to miss! These two choruses will present holiday fare with heart-warming harmonies that will lift your spirits and help you and those whose lives you touch throughout the hectic holiday season to “be of good cheer.” Join us in the theater founded by the legendary Richard and Karen Carpenter on November 28 and be part of a musical experience you will long remember, one that illustrates why so many around the world believe the holiday season truly is “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year!”
